In my passion to help others, I have spent over 20 years as an X-Ray Technologist in the health care field. During this time, I have also embarked on my own personal journey of healing, as I have dealt with chronic pain issues. On this journey, I have experienced both conventional and nonconventional treatment methods. Through these experiences, I have not only gained a greater understanding of body systems, mechanics and disease processes, but I have come to understand the importance of the mind, body, spirit connection when it comes to personal healing.

 

What I have learned is that the body, mind and soul cannot be separated, as all three work together as one. When there is imbalance in these, we feel discomfort, pain and even disease. Bringing the mind, body and spirit back into balance is what ultimately allows us to heal.
